Creating customized, personal experiences is my main focus when someone asks me to contribute to a private celebration. The venue, food, beverages, entertainment, décor, and rituals are all elements that create the frame around every single festivity. It’s the attention to detail, the choices you make, the way you combine and stage the elements that create the setting for the memorable experiences most people long for.

I start by interviewing the main characters and someone close to them. All the information is used to combine amazing food and beverage with a personal narrative that creates a holistic experience beyond the culinary experience.
