Something is always cooking. Ideas come and go. Some ideas never fly. Some go to sleep and wake up later. Here are those that have taken root and are growing into real productions or made a difference that was worth writing about.
JULIET’S BIRTHDAY BASH - IMMERSIVE FOOD THEATHER
A Classic Shakespeare transformed into interactive food theatre. For three weeks in the spring of 2023, Juliet celebrated her birthday in the beautiful frames of Kronborg Castle. The audience was invited to eat, sense, dance, and drink together with Prince Hamlet and all the other Shakespeare celebrities in an immersive theatre experience. I was responsible for all F&B from design to performance and I played the role of Juliet’s eccentric private food artist, creating a genuinely aphrodisiac dinner. The review said, “Shakespeare would have loved to join the party.”
LE MOULIN JAUNE
Traveling around the world, I have been lucky to find some exquisite spots, where I recharge my personal batteries and fuel my inspiration. I call them honey repositories.
Le Moulin Jaune outside Paris is one of them. It’s a one-of-a-kind place, where you fall in love with life itself. A creative lab and a beautiful garden, where anything can go from dream to reality in the hands of talented artists and performers of all kinds.
Le Moulin Jaune is owned by the clown Slava Polunin and his family. Since 2017, I’ve occasionally been hired to be a part of their open garden events. Among other things, I’ve created edible landscapes, arranged a gypsy wedding, and a New Year Party for clowns from Snow Show and their families.

THE CREATIVE MANIFEST
“The Creative Manifest” is an ongoing joint project with strategist Louise Bøgeskov Hou. The initiative aims to give a voice to creativity based on our individual and collective experiences and enable others to explore and understand the value of creativity through the creative interpretations of ten defining dogmas.
