I am an independent chef, food artist, and experience designer who merges the powerful discipline of cooking with the realms of art, science, and storytelling. 

I use food to communicate, emphasize, and elevate any topic or event, with respect for the importance of taste and the simple pleasure of eating and sharing a meal in good company. 

My background is in theatrical production. I draw from this experience in my culinary work. I pull the strings backstage, perform on stage, and interact with my audience to create shared value beyond the stage.

Customization is at the core of everything I do. I create value by interpreting and translating concepts into culinary experiences—your story is my script!

My crew and I can be hired for a specific task or as a part of an entire production, from initial idea to final execution and evaluation. My offerings include everything from ideation and research to finding suitable locations and suppliers, setting the menus, cooking, and ensuring staging, props, and atmosphere are in place to support and amplify the desired outcome.
