EDIBLE LANDSCAPES

Edible Landscapes are culinary experiences where every dish is a piece of art invented to enjoy its taste, flavors, and beauty. We want to thrill, stimulate, and generate new or different understandings and perceptions of the nature surrounding us.

It’s a sensory experience that delights and surprises all senses and leaves the audience with inspiring food for thoughts and valuable reflections.

The dishes are edible interpretations of both natural elements and cultural environments such as forest, beach, salt marsh, mountain, a potato field, strawberry heaven, an asparagus garden, or specific natural beauties such as raindrops, bird nests, a rainbow, a water lily or the bark of birch tree. Food—as we know it—but transformed into extraordinary compositions.

The productions grow from cross-disciplinary collaboration with creative minds who contribute to an overall multisensory experience with their skills as artists or specialists within their specific field.

Edible Landscapes are designed for architects, landscape architects, engineers, energy companies, developers, urban designers, contractors, and other contributors shaping our future environment, but can easily be translated into other industries as well.
